With latest changes we are unable to fit initramfs to required size
limitations. This replaces generated on with existing older version from
Turris OS 3.11.16.

This is cleanest solution as Turris OS 3.x is nearing the end of its
live. Rescue initramfs is build in Turris OS 4.0 different way and from
different sources.
