Removing provided package with opkg-wrapper causes it not to be removed from updater's configuration
When user removes package using Provides
name instead of it's original name then it's not removed from updater's config.
This has probably no simple solution as shell script can't know if opkg removed some specific package or not.
Common symptom of this is when opkg-wrapper reports following warning:
WARNING: You probably just removed a package that was installed as part of a user list or the basic system. This package will return durring the next updater run. We suggest you disable the user list instead.
