lighttpd-https-cert: initial key generation holds off system startup
System can hang up with openssl key generation during boot up because of certificate generation. There is almost nothing running that time in system so it has hard time to gather entropy and to generate certificate. We should not hold off whole system bootup with certificate generation or at least it should be done right before lighttpd start and not as part of uci-defaults
.
Problem is that uci defaults are called from boot
init script and that is not good time to generate certificate.
This means that medkiting router causes it to seemingly not work.
