wireguard: add luci app for wireguard

Hi, it shouldn't be big problem, but luci has low priority right now so this package (with few luci fixes) will be part of big release 3.10 or in worst case 4.0

Is there a git repository for turris-next branch which is apparently 4.0? From the repo I can see that latest wireguard packages are there. At least it might be a good option for people who want to run bleeding-edge.

TurrisOS 4.0 is in repo https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/turris/turris-build . But right now it's not ready for prime time. It's in heavy development so I would't recomend it.

I just tried adding a wireguard config using the luci app, but I still get the error about missing base64.

I'm not so sure how the git repos are organized (or what packages they provide), but could it be that the necessary commit was just added yesterday https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/turris/luci-cs/commit/485cd361b8d94aeb479c7477f6fc10338c0829b7?

Yes, that's the commit, which adds missing base64. Right now, it is in the nightly branch. It will be included in the next RC of Turris OS 3.11.
