Requires https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/resource-monitor/-/merge_requests/16 to allow missing sections in resouce-monitor config.
Allow changing which statistic should resource-monitor collect and with what period.
Also use --break-system-packages
option to support newer pip
which would otherwise refuse operation.

FTR I'm going to drop this. Ansible is not well suited for what I'm trying to do - small reusable components which can be reused to construct unique test combinations.
Yup, this isn't required for the merge & handover.
Let's keep this open in case we eventually need it, it's probably a very good starting point.
Understandable. I personally just gave up on using resolver-benchmarking
altogether and just do my tests manually (with the help of some super simple shell scripts I prepared for myself).
So in other words, can we say this does not block the merge and official handover of DoQ in Shotgun?
Unfortunately, I currently don't have a set up where I could test this easily and integrating this into our workflow isn't trivial.
We also have an ongoing effort to try and replace this ansible machinery... eventually™.
I'm currently swamped with other work, so I can put this on my list, but the resolver-benchmarking
new role definitely isn't going to be a priority any time soon.
I cannot seem to get this to work with our test servers. When I do the tests manually, it seems to be working, but this Ansible thing doesn't and the output is not exactly helpful as to what is wrong.
Would you please take a look, @isc-tkrizek? At the very least, I'd be interested in knowing whether it works on your side.

DNS-over-QUIC
This has not yet been properly tested, as our test servers were occupied. However, preliminary tests on localhost
seemed to somewhat work.
This adds the doq-proxy
echo server and support for the new Shotgun version that includes QUIC.
